Julie Roy has been an Empire level member of the Child Child Care Success Academy™ for just over three years. She loved being a part of that tribe so much that she wanted to continue to help others and so when she was offered a possible position as an Academy Faculty Member with The Child Care Success Company™ team, she excitingly took the role! Julie has been an owner/ operator for 29 years. She began her small Montessori preschool in the basement of a church and quickly grew her business to over 7 locations! She later sold those schools and then moved her family to Omaha, Nebraska to take over a small set of schools which she grew to over 10 locations in three years! She just recently sold these schools to a multi-national provider. Julie is excited to help you expand, rebrand, acquire or merge your center!

Her family is her everything! Her best friend, business partner, and husband Beau and her four children: Xavier, Xander, Xane, and Xoë are her absolute world! She loves to travel the world with her family in tow and she loves to enjoy life to the fullest! Julie believes in a servant model of leadership and she can hardly wait to meet and serve you.
