Latrice Galloway-Crawford, also known as “The Childcare Chic,” is a trailblazer in the childcare industry celebrated for her innovative approaches and dedication to excellence. She owns KidZville Learning Academy, the largest privately owned childcare center in Fort Bend County, which was named in the INC. 5000 in 2024 as one of the fastest-growing privately owned companies in America.

Latrice is the mastermind behind The Childcare Clique, one of the fastest growing communities for childcare owners. She recently expanded this community with the Childcare Clique ELITE coaching program, offering advanced support and resources for childcare professionals.

She has also founded the Born to Teach ECE Conference, a game-changing event for childcare leaders and teachers. This conference is centered and designed around delivering cutting-edge training, innovative strategies, and inspiring sessions to help attendees elevate their practices and make a bigger impact in early childhood education.

Since becoming “The Childcare Chic,” Latrice has been featured in several business and educational journals, and even appeared on the Angela Yee radio show. She made history as the first childcare coach and conference organizer to have a billboard in Times Square.

A native of San Antonio, Texas, Latrice now calls Houston home, where she lives with her husband and three children. She loves to travel, shop, and spend quality time with her family. She holds a master’s degree in public administration from Webster University and bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
