Ashley Varouhas is a Child Care Success Coach for The Child Care Success Company. She has worked in the field of early childhood education for over a decade, starting as a teacher and quickly growing into school administrator positions. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction. Ashley also holds a graduate certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis.
Ashley began her career as an elementary teacher in both public and private schools, teaching kindergarten to fifth grade. During this time, she developed a passion for peer mentoring and thrived when she had the opportunity to coach members of the teaching team. She soon moved on to administrative roles and became Head of School for an elementary program. After a few years, she realized that her heart was still in early childhood education, so she began working as a Center Director for a Fortune 500 company.
During this time, she saw an immediate need for more support and training in early childhood education and was inspired to start her education consulting company. Consulting combined her passions for education, teaching, and operations, leading her to meet Alvin Ayusa, the owner of Just 4 Kids Preschool.
Ashley initially started with Alvin in a recruiting capacity but quickly grew with the company, eventually taking on the Vice President of Operations position, overseeing three school sites. Ashley is committed to ensuring that all school sites are dedicated to excellence and quality in education, and that her leadership team is consistently trained on industry best practices, giving them the confidence to lead their schools with passion!
Ashley’s greatest joy comes from her family. She has a supportive husband named Michael and is a new mom to her son, Jacob. Ashley’s passion is to expand her reach to help and guide fellow leaders to strengthen their programs and find joy and excitement in their careers. She cannot wait to meet you!
