Sure, our winner earns the prestige of being our 2023 Child Care Rockstar. But you’ll get so much more, including plenty of PR, since you’ll be featured as guest on Kris Murray’s popular podcast, Child Care Rockstar Radio. You’ll also win:

  • $5,000 cash​
  • A private VIP coaching day at Kris’s home office, where she will focus all her energies and tools on personally improving your business (a $10,000 value)
  • Airfare to and from Aspen/Snowmass, CO
  • Two nights’ accommodations in Snowmass Village, CO

THREE finalists will be chosen to present their story during event and conference attendees will the choose the final winner. You will be notified personally by Kris via email if you are chosen as a finalist, by Friday, September 29, 2023.
 

How to Apply

1.) Complete this entry form and upload your video submission to it (the last required question near the end of it), along with any other files or documents that you would like to be a part of your submission (hiring ads, enrollment ads, etc.) that demonstrate the results you’ve achieved. 

2.) Make sure to include a video submission explaining why you should be the chosen Child Care Rockstar 2023. A video is required to submit a valid application and be considered! Be sure to include examples of what you have done and the specific results you have accomplished! (Keep scrolling to check out example videos from previous applicants!)

This isn’t just about marketing, enrollment, team, and systems. Think bigger. How have you been transformed over the last year, in all aspects of your business, as well as in your mindset and personal evolution towards your goals? How has being part of Kris Murray’s teachings or coaching gotten you FURTHER and FASTER than going it alone?
 
Be specific. What specific things did you do to gain traction and success? How did you hire better, staff better, train better, market better, use systems better, and lead your team better? We are looking for SPECIFIC RESULTS and metrics! $ growth, % growth, ad campaign results, profit growth, etc. Share your success story with us!

Owner & Director Of The Year Awards

In addition to the Child Care Rockstar award, Kris will be choosing one outstanding OWNER and one DIRECTOR who are current members of the Child Care Success Academy to receive special recognition. You may influence Kris’s choice by nominating someone in the Academy for either award (or both).

You may nominate any Owner or Director for this award, as long as they are a current member of the Child Care Success Academy.

How to Apply

We accept submissions directly from partners who believe that they are a part of an incredible team and would like to apply to win, and we also accept submissions that are filled out by staff members who are led by extraordinary co-owners.
